Title: Director of Early Learning and Extended Care

Justine has been in the early childcare field for 23 years.  At 19 she, discovered the field of child development and her passion for children and teaching became her career path.  She spent the majority of college studying in the field while also working in preschools as a teacher assistant.  She eventually became a lead teacher and then an assistant director; while getting her director credential.  After a break from her field to raise her own children, she decided to go back into early education part time.  After getting back into early childhood education the passion for supporting teachers motivated her to seek out a position as a center director. Knowing she could support and guide the teachers while still enjoying time with children of all ages was a win- win.  Over the last 5 years she has been working as a preschool director with children ages 1 through 5^th grade.  Justine is a mother of two middle schoolers and one, 5^th grader.  She is excited to be part of the Superior Schools team and supporting the students and families in the programs as well as, assisting the teachers in their daily tasks.  She especially loves to spending time with the children and watching them as they grow and learn.
