Superior Early Learning Center has adopted a program to create a safe learning environment for all students. We have a set of core values in place for our students and staff to follow including: respect, responsibility, honesty, obedience and self motivation. We practice these core values with our students to help mold them into good students, friends, siblings and overall people so they can grow up to be future leaders of the world.

The code of ethical conduct states that childhood is a unique and valuable stage in the life cycle. The prime responsibility of early childhood caregivers and educators is to provide safe, healthy, nurturing, and responsive settings for children. It requires them to be committed to support children’s development, respect their individual differences, help children learn to live and work cooperatively, promote good self-image and encourage health, self-awareness, competence, confidence, and resiliency.

We value trust and like to create an environment where the students and families can build relationships with staff upon trust. Trustworthiness is based on character, the positive qualities that we possess, and on competence—what we can do. With trust at the foundation of our work, we have established this code of ethics to guide our work. Trustworthiness means that we do what we say we will do, that we are honest, and that we strive for accuracy in the information we share.
