Justine has been in the early childcare field for 23 years. At 19 she, discovered the field of child development and her passion for children and teaching became her career path. She spent the majority of college studying in the field while also working in preschools as a teacher assistant. She eventually became a lead teacher and then an assistant director; while getting her director credential. After a break from her field to raise her own children, she decided to go back into early education part time. After getting back into early childhood education the passion for supporting teachers motivated her to seek out a position as a center director.
