My name is Laketta Wallace and I have been in the early learning field for almost 19 years now, I’ve been a director for 14 of those years. This is my second year with Superior Schools and I love it here. I was looking for a career change and to get out of banking, I was asked if I had ever worked with kids and if I would like to, and the rest is history from there. I was first a toddler teacher but worked my way up and poured my heart into learning all that I could and taking every training they would offer me because I loved being that person that the kids looked forward to seeing everyday. There is no prouder feeling than being an early learning center director. Getting to help shape the young minds of our future is such a pleasure.
