I am the Director of Plato Academy Clearwater Preschool and Extended care programs. I have worked in the Early Childhood Education field for over 20 years but have spent the last 5 here at Superior Schools. I always have been told that I knack for guiding children onto the right path so that they can thrive to becoming the best versions of themselves. That is how my teaching career began. Leadership is something that has always intrigued me. Guiding teachers, new into the field or veterans like myself, has shown me multiple ways to approach different situations. Being a director here at Superior Schools has formed me into a transformative leader who is not afraid to inspire, encourage and empower those around while obtaining the mission of Superior Schools.
I teach because I love working with the children and their families. The bond I create with the children and parents is what makes me continue to smile.
