Hello, my name is Terri Kistler-Calderon. I am the Director of Plato Academy Clearwater Preschool and Extended care programs. I have always been compelled to help anyone that is in need. Whether it be friends, family, or students. In my spare time I volunteer for a local nonprofit animal organization. I have worked in the Early Childhood Education field for over 20 years but have spent the last 5 here at Superior Schools. I have always been told that I have a knack for guiding children onto the right path so that they can thrive to become the best versions of themselves. That is how my teaching career began. Leadership is something that has always intrigued me. Guiding teachers, new into the field or veterans like myself, has shown me multiple ways to approach different situations. Being a director here at Superior Schools has formed me into a transformative leader who is not afraid to inspire, encourage and empower those around while obtaining the mission of Superior Schools.
